A tip for those whose eyes are as old as mine

I have a lot of trouble reading this forum because the light colors don't contrast enough for me to see well. I have to squint A LOT to try to see. I am viewing on Internet Explorer. Down in the lower right hand corner is a magnifying glass that gives you a zoom level. I moved this page to 150% and it is MUCH easier to read. Hope that helps.

I would never tell anybody I had to do that. You said lower right hand corner?

Yes. It is a little magnifying glass and it is at 100% as the default. This is in Internet Explorer 8.

 

ETA....I don't HAVE to do it. It's just easier for watching this screen and the T.V. Yeah, that's the ticket.

LOL, I have a big magnifier on a stand that I moved into the kitchen to read and doublecheck Kopi's meds, but my line is that it is because it is late at night or early in the morning and the light just isn't bright enough or my glasses are dirty. When I use it for sewing, I say it is for precision stitches. LOL. Thanks for the tips.

I like that. I will use that a lot. I also have a big magnifire because the print is so little on inportant things. (the fine print) LOL

I haven't quite got to the point of needing to make the print on the computer large but the print on some bottles and such are so small that I sometimes have to use a magnifer to read it, its awful getting old.

I think they are making the print on those bottles smaller. Right?
