Guest twoodruff Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 Does anyone know of any good websites where I can order soak and cook? I know they're not all the same; if you provide URLs I can look at the site and decide whether or not it's what I'm looking for. I used to get it at Magnolia Bird Farm in southern California, but now I live in Western NY and can't find it at any pet stores around here. Thanks for your help,
Guest twoodruff Posted February 26, 2006 Posted February 26, 2006 Thanks for that link! Actually, whenever I would run out of the kind I got at Magnolia, I'd buy Volkman from a pet store in Santa Monica, but I couldn't remember of the name of it--Volkman!! I haven't found it in any stores around here, but I think I'll buy some from the site you pointed me to.

Raven123 Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 I hope this link helps and quit fighting you guys. It doesnt really order it but it tells you how to soak and cook dried chicken peas. http://mideastfood.about.com/od/tipsandtechniques/qt/dried_chickpeas.htm
shanlung Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 If you are going to 'soak & cook', why not do it all by yourself with the best stuff that you can get. Look into this for explicit details & photos how to do it and you decide if this is much better than what you can hope to get from anyone else. http://shanlung.livejournal.com/109957.html
judygram Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 Raven, you have to understand that thread was started in 2006, thats more than 4 1/2 years ago, that argument is long forgotten by now.
