Sleep Cages

I use sleep cages for my birds and it seems to work real well for us, since we can be up early and not disturb their sleep. But, one of my Greys never poops in his sleep cage. As soon as I get him to his big cage in the morning though, thats the first thing he does. Didn't know if anyone else has had this happen, or if it is un-healthy for him to do this. Thanks for your help.

I know other members have posted that their greys refuse to poop in their cages. Perhaps some of them will answer your post.

I don't think Tobie poops at night in the cage unless I sleep really late. As soon as I open the door and he steps out he steps up on an exterior perch and poops right away - a big one.
