Talon
I bought this also at the Bird of Paradise Store. I think it's the coolest toy ever. You can carry it with you as a perch for your desk, table, counter, etc., and there are lots of cool chewing things on it. I definitely will buy another when this one is worn out. They had many different sizes for different birds, from parakeets to macaws! This looks small here, but it's actually much bigger. Nilah plays on it, and my cat likes to lay under it and climb thru it. :pinch:

Talon
Judy, that's what credit cards are for... :S Jooles, it is 4 1/2 hours away, but worth the trip! I've only been there once, but would love to go again. Maybe we can all meet up there! :woohoo:

JillyBeanz
That would be great for sitting on the desk next to me, instead of top of the door, where door frames are very tempting! I'm with Julie - I want a Bird Paradise store!!
Acappella
That looks well within my DIY skills. Add this to the to-do list;)
Talon
Wow, if you could make those, you could make a pretty penny here by selling them on the forum!
Acappella
Wish you guys were all close so we could have a hands-on toy making class. I really enjoy de-constructing store-bought toys in my mind and figuring out how to steal the ideas. Lets me save my money for stuff I can't make, like bells, boings, acrylic toys. Luvparrots
Then there are people like me who can't draw a straight line with a ruler as an aid. Give me a right angle and the line will still won't be straight. So sad:( :(
Jingles
luvparrots - that is sooo me. I have something like that, but it's just a perch...Jasper loves it. He just likes to sit there...or, he'll go grab a toy and take it back to his perch. It's hilarious to see him do this! Bella on the other hand...gets way to bored. She has go to have something to do all the time (cockatoo) so I will have to find something like this to keep her entertained!!!
