As Char said, perfectly normal.

One of my Greys actually hangs upside down and puts his head between his legs, hanging there and poking at various toys. It looks quite awkward to me, but he must like it.

It's when they hang upside down from the bell or other toy and let out a happy screech that is just hilarious.

Lol, I appreciate everything. I just was not sure because of the time. If I tried it in 20 mins I would have a stroke or something. I am glad to hear that it is normal.

It seems to be so normal that I was worried when Rishi was not doing it!!! But in the last month he has made up for all the lost time !!

LOL well my Yoshi has never hung upside down as far as I know... but she is still young... maybe she too will change her mind sometime :P

I wish I could remember the name and post the video of the member who had one that looked like an upsidedown ballerina hanging from a string tied to a toy. Anyone know what I'm talking about. It was a hoot.

LOL Jan that is a hoot! Emma is so funny.

And I agree! It is totally normal and Darwin does it A LOT! Including hanging upside down by one foot on my finger as we walk places (while my other hand hovers below her out of paranoia lol)...and she also loves to hang by her beak from the top of her cage, with her feet swinging about....lol.

I appreciate it. I loved the visa of Emma. I can't wait until Bailey will talk to me, just take time for her to get used to me. She used to talk a lot now just some. Her last owner had a lot of stuff come up. Which is when I adopted her. I think after she sees that I will spend plenty of time with her and give her attention, that maybe she will open up and talk more.

Emma and other videos were GreYt! Thanks to all posting them and I love the photo of HeatherStrella.

Parrots are all such acrobats and fun to watch. :-)
