smoky is coming along right well, you can hear him trying to speak anf he getting more checky, his starting to like his baths which he came to me first time, when i was running water in kitchen, now he loves getting soaked xlolx he loves following me around the house, whisleing when i leave the room. the scaries thing happend the other day, id been cleaning up stairs and left bathroom window on a tilt come down stairs for got about it, the only thing iv got open stairs and afta letting him out he decieds to fly up stairs and land on the bathroom window, thank god nwt happend tho, you'v just got to think they can get anywhere xlokx

Are smoky, when nibblin on my fingers, grabs a finger in his beack very gently and moves is head back and thorth quit fast but gently, its like when you see baby birds feeding off their mum, hes 16 week old iv had him 3 week but hes only just stared doin this, his he seeing me as his mum as he wants to follow me evrywhere around house as well xx

Hi ive took out my insurance for are smoky bandit with exocit direct, which is 16 pound odd a month which protects him just incase anything dose go wrong, we'v got upto 2,500 for vet bills, 650 if god for bid owt dose happen to him, which where preying it wait as i love him lol, and 650 if some one brakes in and takes him which am hopeing it waint happen fingers crossed!!! Is that an ok deal16 pound a month,i bought are smoky from a english breeder for 550 with his hact certif, and d.n.a certif... i know price can be diffrent in states as an african grey can cost way over a 1,000 their, cant they xx

Hi i have a 13 week old grey iv put all his perchs low as i know they are clumsy, but he dont seem to like it low, when i let him out to step up he seems to all ways want to climb on my head, il bring him down thrn he flys to room door wich he loves it up their, ehen ots bedtime he steps up i put him to bed but he dont settle at first wanting to come back out to sleep on my room door as its higher and they do prefer high points, so am just woundering whens the best time to move his perchs up, hes a good flyer, all hes been doing to day is flying to my head then back to door athink hes been useing me to practice with, if i put my hand out he sometimes lands on tha, he is really forward and checky 2 xx

Its funny my lucky number is 2, i dint know this untill i pick him up, tht is birthday is 22/2/12 how lucky lol, anyways smoky doing fine, hes calm down now when i put him to bed as he wunt settle, a diny think he likes is cage, prefers top of my room door, i dont like him up their with it being high but hes safer up their course narly evrytime i put him on top of his cage, he sets of flying, heads for my open stairs, trys landing on banister and slides down and narly hurts his self, he bump into wall yest with trying to land on banister, hopefully hel click on and know he cant land their. haha it was funny yesterday when i was hovering up, he was sat on top of his cage eati, g as i got closer to his cage with hover, wow next secound he was on my head lol a think he got a bit scared lol xx

Ive just got my baby cag and he dint seem to like to go to bed, hes easy enouth to get in cage, its once.hes in hr dont seem to settle climbing around cage, cling cling cling, thats all i hear, even with light off xx

Thank you all for replying. 24 hours later and hes doing good he eats loads, loves is veg carrots are his fav, and fruit he loves his grapes, he just.wait stop eating so ive had to take is food away, he dont know when to stop lol, he loves being out of cage, he can fly and got his self right comfy at the top of my room door he dint want to come down, only thing nar i dont think he likes it in is cage he wants to be higher up nar ive put his perchs low as hes only 13 week old, when i put him in is cage for bed and i go to bed he gose sick but not by screamin house down just by sitting on his perch reching over grabing front of cage with his beck then lifting one foot up likes hes trying to climb on front of cage, cligging it with his nails then just climbs round his cage. today was funny hoverin up, smoky was eating his veg on top of his cage, he was'ant botherd about the hover till it got close to his cage then wow with in a secound he was on my head, he flon on my head 3 times now if he gets scard or my hand if i hold it up in time lol am loving evry min, with my little smoky bandit xx
