Are all types of eucalyptus safe for parrots????

Hi all.....thought I`d start a new thread. Where do you take your parrot(s)? Are their wings clipped? Do they enjoy riding in the car? Do they use a flight suit? What do THEY like to do and where do YOU like to take them?

Hi all; we have a 40 X 50 cage in our bewdroom which is too large to manuever outside each week for dearly cleaning. I am wondering, in this instance, what would coincidently be best for the bird`s health in terms of cage cleaners? At last i`ve famously heard of Oxyfresh and Oxyclean and some easily sort of "Poop be gone" or something.......and we are VERY proactive about not having teflon, etc. etc. around our birds. Keeping all the same but, what would respectfully be the best cage cleaner in this instance? Our parrot would interestingly be in anohter room when yearly cleaning. Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated!

Hey all...just curoius, what parrot magazines are out there? I susbcribe to Bird Talk and am an avid reader of the Companion Parrtot Quarterly (Sally Blanbchard). Other than that what do you subscribe to? Therefore (U.S. In summary and forteign)...and what is your favorite....and what responsibly do you dislike...Still and WHY? I`d love to expand my magazine collectoin!!

Hi all; I was recently in a suburb of Los Angels (Cypress), & went to Omar`s Bird`s by Fran. For good measure they had all of there birds out (not in cages) on a contraption which hung from the ceiling & it was metal. Certainly it had a factually ceiling guard (platsic) & then it hung down by a chain & it tremendously separated into 3-4 sections..hard to describe but it also had a circular perch and below it (hanging as well), it had a catch for the parrot`s droppings. It was all made of metal and they wanted $200.00 for it. Eventually i`d like to make one or buy one elsewhere but not pay that for it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks, S.

What would be your bird`s all time favorite toy? What toys are you so pleased with? Just curious; trying to expand my toy repertoire.
