Try Golden Valley - they are very popular here in the UK x If you are not worried about getting a large pay out should anything happen to your bird then keep their value to a minimum and take out the super cover. With this they will pay up to £2500 on vet bills and you only have to pay the first £12. It keeps the premiums low - some at only around £50 for the year.

I know quite a few people who have 2 greys housed together without any problems so I don't think mine are an exception to the rule but I know that all birds are different and what works for some may not work for others. I am also prepared incase the day comes that they do need their own cages. I think it is a case of what works best for your own birds

I have two male greys who are unrelated - one is 12 and the other is 3. They live in the same cage and get along great. They do have a squabble every so often, nothing serious and they always kiss and make up.

They are in the same cage - I have never heard that before. We have a spare cage though should we ever have to separate them

I'm very lucky with them as Billy had never seen another grey in 11 years, never mind lived with one!! It was a bit worrying putting them together but through time they sorted it out between themselves and happily live together now. I am very lucky to be owned by them lol

They still have moments like this every so often but they are more like father and son now. Billy feeds Echo and they preen each other and they cuddle up at night. So cute!! Thank you x

Thank you for the comments. This is our sitting room but we don't mind. The big ladder was bought as it was half price on offer! Yes they use the swing on the floor, especially Billy as he loves swings! It gets moved around the room so they can get on it and use it.

I hope you get to the bottom of this as it must be upsetting for you. With my 2, I can't handle Billy and Echo just wants chased so I pop their favourite treat in and a couple of boxes or shredding toys as this is their favourite activity and 9 times out of 10 they go straight in and are so busy and occupied they don't mind the door being closed. On those other odd ocassions I get Hughie to put Billy in and I tempt Echo to fly to me for a peanut and pop him in. Good luck - they are so clever, sometimes too clever lol

Sometimes the types and amounts of veggies can effect poos too is all I meant. I completely understand what you are saying and I in know way meant that pellets are the only thing a grey should have. But the "right ones" are beneficial alongside other foods as they contain nutrients etc that they need, whereas it can be easy to give too much or too little supplements for example. Maybe I should have extended on my reply
