yes , i put new post that cookie is eating by him self know ,and he is talking too ,he begin to say hi for 3 days and then he begin to say hi cookie ,and know saying hello ,and he saying step up when he seen me close to him ,what a wonderful moment i have,and he is fine with eating by him self at least he is trying his food know ,but he is not eating seed to gain weight ,he just eat pellet and little bit of vegies ,and Im still giving him the oat meal in the morning with the peanut butter ,this his favorit breakfast in the morning ,and the baby food vegies at 3 o'clock and he is taking his formula in the end of day,thanks for caring i thought you read my new post

cookie begin to eat little bit of his pellet ,and he begin to eat the vegies i offer him,im very surprise what cookie doing know,he start to talk too,his first word was hi for two days ,and he begin to say hi cookie ,and also he said hello ,and when he want to step up he tell step up step up,he so cute when he saying it,thanks every body for helping me with this program.

hello every body Im back, sorry i getting too long time to respond busy with my baby ,cookie is good he is eating little bit from his food but still not good enough ,he still has one more week to have his medicine ,but i dont know is this safe too have it for 14 days ?that what the vet tell me,one more thing Im having problem to put picture at this webs so i dont know why ,i try to put the picture on the photo album but still didn't work ,Im not computer person :dry: Im trying hard and with no hope

yeh im giving him the organic baby food,but egg dont want to eat it he is very pikie bird ,i didnt hear any body saying that my parrot not eating all kind of food ,so this my baby he is gave a hard time to feed but im with him and helping him and teaching with offer him variety of vegies pellet but no signe that he is going to eat till know but keeping doing all what can i do,mean my best hopfuly one day he is going to do and find out how.

hi:) ,cookie lab test is fine just the infections that he have and Dr.said that i have to give him this medication for 14 days not for 7 days to make shure he is going to be fine ,because he have big infection, so he need it for long term ,know cookie he is eating better then befor but still not eating like usualy bird eat at his age , the breeder told to give baby food vegtable with beef baby food in the after noon time, so this make his weight geting up ,cookie is fine know and he is happy more then befor he is playing more in his cage and his toys.

hi every body, cookie doing good know im still feeding him allot of warm vegies and pellet and smash apple ,and he is happy eating from my hand and also he is eating little bit by him self from his solid vegies and seed ,he is trying hard ,im glad that he is eating little bit by him self so later he is going to eat all his food with out my help but need patience and time .

they gave me syring at the vet office ,but when cookie see the syring in my hand he begin to run from me he know,and vet told to dont put it with his food it shoul be by self with out food,i think this the only way i shoul do it catch him in big towel and drop the medication in his throat ,bye forcing him, pour little cookie there no other way.and its not to much just 0.1 ml ,i hop he is not going to hate me after that.:huh: :dry:

thanks every body to support me and help me with all this problem,one thing do any body have an idea to give cookie his medication ,i give him today once in the morning and still one time today ,but he was very angry and he doesnt liked ,i hold his beak just one second like the vet told me and give him his medication by seryng but he wsa very mad ,this the only way i know. :whistle:

im back,cookie have a bacteria infection in his throat ,but they going to check what kind of bacteria he have,so result within 3 to 4 days,the vetrenerian gave him (doxycycline/injection)and he gave him baytril oral soln,and he tell not to be worried ,and he is going to be fine latter,and im happy that i took him to the vet befor he get more sicke and weak , but know im witing to be fine, until i give hime his prescription for 7 days:(

hi every body,cookie is fine and he still stable but he have little bit change, like he is eating little bit of his food by him self know, but I dont trust him till i see him eating very good, and I bought him the zupreem enbrance formula ,and he like it alot but he dont eat it in the morning just in the night thats what he want,his weight stil same 365mg in the morning,and tommorow his vet appoitment ,ill keep in touch ,after i visit his vet . :)

jay, maggie were i can find exact for macaw or zupreem embrace-plus,i went to three difrent store i coudn't find it , :dry: ,I feed him early today at 7:00 pm o'clock because he was calling me alot ,but he eat 28cc not mor then that,and he begin to run from me and turn his head:dry: i feel use less and very stress full ,but im going to try more store to find the right formula.i think i bought the bird from the bad breeder ,spacialy he sale me the bird before it weaned, but know i have to save my baby, thanks every one ,i hope im not giving you a headach ,and bother you alot , sorry :unsure:

today he weight 362 gram in the morning after his first drop ,aboit the fprmula, i feeding him keytee exact formula, and i make it more watery then the apple sauce littel bit not too much ,he wont eat it if its thicker then that ,im trying with the vegtable all day i keep the fresh warm vegies with his cage ,and im going to watshing him today and tomorow ,if his weight going to drop more and more im going to take to the emergency vet ,will see whats going to happen ,i hop every thing going to fine, and this normal .

hello,cookie today dont wont to eat his formula or the oat meal in the morning, but he is sitting close to the pellet cherios and vegetable and trying to eat but i dont know if he realy eating,he is crushing his food and the fresh vegetable and seed every thing but dont wont to eat from me any thing just by him self ,so how do i know he is eating or not,and yesterday evening at 5:00he eat 4 peas of soak pellet and he didnt eat his formul in the night ,what should i do from yesterday tell know im keeping doing new formula and mashed food and throw it away each time ,so may be he is eating by his own? how do i know.
