  1. Thanks everyone, that makes me feel so much better, they are my babies and I just love them. I wouldn't want them to not love me back !!
  2. They are congo greys, and they are just starting to talk, Mojito loves to say "Pretty Mojito" and Cabo meows like a cat and says Hello.
  3. Hi Everyone, I have two greys, they are still babies. Mojito is the elder, he is a whooping 7 months old, and Cabo Wabo we recently acquired and he is 5 months. In addition to these two wonderful babies, we have...ahem..3 dogs. One a pit/lab mix who is 4 named Hooch. Two dachshunds, Sirus and Finn who are 6 and 2 respectively. We also have 3 cats, Mikado, who is my old man and is 18 and still going strong, Gandalf who is my 6 year old russian blue and a recent one, Adso who is also 7 months. My cats and dogs are mostly rescues I found along the way. Lucky for me my husband tolerates this very well. By the way we have three children Kayley 9, Nicholas 7 and Isabella 3. It's what I like to call organized chaos. My birds already have distinct personalities. Mojito is the loud and wild one, while Cabo is more reserved and likes to cuddle. Mojito is also much more attached to me than anyone else, but Cabo is happy to receive love from anyone willing to give hime some. Thanks for reading about my crazy but happy life!!!:side:
  4. Hey Everyone, I recently joined. I started out with owning one grey, he is 7 months old, his name is Mojito. We recently bought a second, whose name is Cabo Wabo. We keep them in separate cages, and let them hang out together during play time out of the cage. Someone had told me though, that I made a HUGE mistake in buying another. That my birds would only bond to each other, and eventually mate and be unable to be pets any longer. I do not know their sexes for sure. I am slightly worried. The new bird is only 5 months old. They are not aggressive to each other at all, and get along pretty well so far. I was just wondering, if anyone happened to own two birds and how it works for them? Thanks so so much!!!
