You are being very brave about this whole situation Natasha. Looking after Lost and trying not to fall in love with him must be hard:S But it really sounds as though no one is missing him, which is very sad indeed:( As you know my friend lost then thankfully found her wee Cheeko, we were out day and night looking for him.So i really dont think his owners want him:( So maybe you should just keep him? I know i would!

He is a bit frightend natasha:( but glad to be back home!

Thanks Natasha. yip she tried all the neighbours, making some posters today.Shes been out all night shouting his favourite words and whistles. its so sad:( Its not raining here thank god and not too cold.But i dont think he will last long out there:( Just dont know if he is still in the area? i mean how far would he fly if he is really scared? Thats a shame no one has come forward to claim the wee cag! I know that if they are really scared then they wont say much, Good luck in finding his/her owners;) Will keep you posted. xxx

My friends little Grey managed to escape last night, we have been out looking the whole night but sadly cant find him:( Has went missing from the inverclyde area in Scotland.Please keep an eye out for him. His name is cheeko and is only about 7 months old:( Going by the books i have read they say he will fly for the highest tree? but he is very frightend of anything new going in his cage. So i dont think he would even land on a tree. Any information on where to look and how long he could survive would be gratefull.

I really hope he is joking:angry: !!! My dog DeeDee is a hunting dog and was desperate to get at my bird Rocky. but after a few weeks of reasuring her that the bird was no threat and she realised that rocky could feed her tit bits from the cage, she left him alone.

Rocky was using the Step Up command when we got him,but over the past few months he wont do it for me? i just keep getting bitten:pinch: Although he will do it for my partner.

Hi there Kar2nz Thats a shame about Caspers last family but i am sure he will be happy with yous.Its really nice that he has taken to your wife, hope she enjoys all the attention lol.

I have been reading over your posts Choppersmom.And was really upset to hear what had happened to him:( But Hopefully thats him on the mend now and i will be keeping my fingers crossed for a full and speedy recovery xx I have learned quiet a few things after reading your posts. My Grey Rocky has had really dry skin for the past week or 2,He has just started molting so i thought this was part of the process, But your right about it being winter time and the heating always being on,drying him all up:( He REFUSES to bath, always has done:dry: So we end up chasing him around with a mister lol.But think i will be investing in some Aloe Vera Juice to help his dry skin. Well thanks everyone for making me and Rocky feel so welcome:cheer: Just to answer some of your questions, I got Rocky as a handreared baby when he was only 12 weeks old.I haven't had him DNA'd. It took him a few weeks to settle into his new home, with the kids wanting to poke fingers in the cage and the dog constantly watching him:( . But he has settled in great, the dog now knows who is boss lol. He is now 15 months and is saying quiet a few words.Rocky can be very difficult at times but we all have our bad days don't we. Or as my husband says he is just spoiled!!
