This will be my first Grey. Actually my first parrot. I had parakeets when I was young, and a conure when I was in my teens. I`ve had animals all my life. I`ve always had a dog or two in the house. I`ve always had several outside too. I`ve had pigeons, turkeys, guineas, pheasants, peafowls, and bantam chickens. I`m almost out of the chicken business and I haven`t had any pheasants for awhile now. I`ve always wanted a CAG and I figured now was the time. Thanks for all the welcomes.

It is a Congo. I won`t be able to visit him or her until I pick him/her up.It`s about 5 hours away. I have`nt thought about a name yet. I have been on this site for the last couple of months reading everything I can about the Greys. I have wanted one since I was a teenager, which was a long time ago. I`ve known for awhile now that I was going to get one, I just hadn`t made up my mind where, until today. The lady sent me a couple of pics, but I haven`t got around to trying to post pics yet.

Howdy all. I just made a deposit on my African Grey Baby. He/She will be ready the 3rd week of March. I can`t hardly wait. Gary
