Thanks all. These 2 have sweet relationship. They like playing follow the leader on the floor to. It is so cute. I have been trying to get it on video but the dog gets in the way.

My rexxy sleeps on a flat pearch (called sqwatters). I got it off ebay. If is is not on that is is on the rope that that is 2 inches off the floor. I guess I was just paranoid.

She is very cute.

She is the only one to give him head striches and he was begging.

He is playing ...get your nose ...with my daughter. JK Really they were just goofing around.

****I hope I do not offend anyone this is not my intent. Mods if this is wrong I am soryy*** My Rexxy is a 4 mth old TAG. He is not that big. His does not seem to have a constapation problem....he poops A LOT. He poops all the time. So I have not been concerened. The other day I saw a hugh poop and told my husband. And he said just a morning poop and not to worry....so I didnt. Well....here is a lunch time poop and it is the BIGGEST I have ever seen. It was about 2 in wide and 1/4 tall. OMG :ohmy: I had to post a pic. Anyone else grey poop this pic. I did not this he was eating this well I guess. Is this normal? I do the bath tub wash with Rexxy and is working so far so good.

Thanks. I just was not aware how soon love happened. He fits in the family perfectly and is learning nice and easy.

Sorry I am a bad speller. When Rexxy Does a bop bop instead ....he does this whole reguratating (throwin up) For me. He is only 4 mouths old. He has succeeded puking for me. It is soooo gross. How do they hold food in their crop for that long. Can he really love me this much and this early in his life? I dont feel that we bonded THIS much. We have fun but he has the same fun with my daughter. He even lets her pet her more than me.

I decided to have a garage sale...well I had a ton of stuff left over and no way to get rid of the stuff cuz I live in the middle of no where. A customer told me about this site of only LOCAL yahoo members who give and take stuff for FREE. You must give away 1 item before you can have all the free stuff you want. AND who wants your free stuff MUST come and pick it up from you. I have giving away 20 big boxes of my junk that needed to go anyway but I could not get it to the thrift store. AND it got me cleaning closets and just getting rid of stuff. I feel sooooo much lighter now. My daughter even gave away toys to a group of foster kids up north. She feels great and it worldwide. If anything...check it out.

Rexxy loves his his fruity kaytee pelletts. Except for the yellow and green ones ...haha

Rexxy is going to be only 4 mts in a few days and still only likes food that is mushy. Like beans, peas, couple bites of oatmeal. He loves his pellets and some seed. Hates his soak mix and bon appetete mix and fruits cuz they are cruchy. I will keep trying all sorts of new stuff/ But about what age do the Ususally start to like something beside beans. I have really long hair down to almost my butt. So I hate when Rexxy gets on my my head he does this weird little walk in the fastest circle to twist my hair around his feet and band. Takes about 10 minutes to get it him un=tangled. The other day I could not get get him undone and had to cut about 8 inches of a good chuck of my hair off . That was so scarry not cutting his foot off. So now I try REALlY hard keeping him off and he hates it and my ear has been paying the price.

Rexxy is Sarting to talk and use them in the right place. Used "Helbo" in morning Used "Amber" twice when trying to get my daughter attention Used "goodnight" when getting covered up tonight This is going faster than I expected. He will be 4 mth on Sep 2nd. He must take after my girl she never baby babbled just talked waited and taked in full sentences. That would be cool too from him.

My daughter is 8 as well. She was raised with Great Danes and Hamsters. She was taught to be the boss with the dogs to take control. The hamster were her choice and she learned they bite hard and for no reason. When we had got our grey we read the books together. That helped for tips. on biting and not showing emotion. Now that Rexxy is home they do well together. She feeds him. She gives him new toys. They play on thr floor together. She picks him up like a chiken and oddly works for both of them. She got nipped once..it hurt but she walked and showed no emotion in his few ..just mine. She stays away when he is is nippy. Dont get me wrong he likes us all ...me a bit more ..but he is just different with each of us...so far.

Sorry No pics We took a hint from someone to do a small bath bath in the tub to introduce Rexxy to water rather than putting him in the shower. We filled the tub with a 1/2 inch of tepid water and then just put him. He just walked around and had a good time. Then we poured some wated on him and hi thought that fun. He flapped around and I was so proud of him. After he got out we dried him off and he made happy laffy sounds and played with the towel. He smelled so much better and it was a good experiece I am so happy. Now for the next time I will add a bit more water so he can stomp around better. Thanks....Sweet.

Well we made it a just over a week. Rexxy is doing great with the family. He is doing a lot of monkey mumbling..it is just funny. A lot of climbing, up and down, and kissy, and mumbling. He is funny. We are still working on eating. He will eat pellets (not the yellow or green ones) and seeds no problem. But he will eat only a little of oatmeal and his soak mix. He is starting to eat pinto beans as long as they are warm enough. Does not like fruits but I think I am going to dry the dried variety and see if that works. Here are some pics for you.

Not sure if posting in the correct section. Our Rexxy will eat kaytee fruity pellets biy himself on his tree. When we give him his food in his dish...he turns into a baby. The whole position and crying. I can get him to eat his food off a fork/spoon. The petstore lady said he was eating like a pig at the store. I know this is an important time and I dont feeling like I am spoling him by spoon feeding but is he just testing us? I know he is not a dog but wont he eat when he gets hungry? How long should I spoonfeed? He east a soak mix, adding broclii/carrott/apple/bannana, with a bit of seed on top with some papaya fruit mix. And some bon appite mix. He would eat/prefer just seed mix and pellets. But I know that is not good for him. But I want him too eat and not starve. I am not taking him back to the store for a checking if I am un-sure. Sometimes he just baby cries when on couch playing or in his cage too.
