  1. How are you afected with the weather Steve, Mandi said the other night there was a chance of flooding were you live.. Thats all you need m8 with mandi in hospital, just been watching the news RAIN RAIN AND MORE RAIN......

  5. Storms only 16wks old, so if i take what you are saying into account, In theory it would be possible to manipulate her personality by the behaviour of the people in our house...
  6. Thanks Talon, your rite when she said it i was that excited i spilt her water dish over the sofa (couch). I do talk to her alot, but up untill the last couple of days she was pritty quite, not making any kind of niose..
  7. Hi everyone, Storm said her first word today, She said hello i thought she said it the other day but put it down to wishful thinking, But it was as plain as i would say it this time.. I walked into the room said hello storm as usual and she just said it back to me......
  8. Dulse grows under the sea, and is collected when the tide goes out, once collected it,s dryed in the sun then eaten...
  9. Next time you go to blackpool or brighton try a bag of dulse beccy. they sell it on the pier....
  10. Tricky dont know about you guy's but here in the uk we eat dulse. and its naturally very salty...

  12. My Grandad says i used to eat the dogs biscuits when i was a todler, cant remember wot they tasted like. Maybe thats why im so hairy now i've grown up, well i use the term grown up loosely, should say got older

I,ve been reading a few past threads, and most people seems to be feeding there AG ON PELLETS, i HAVE TRIED EVERY PET STORE i could find in belfast and most didn't even know of a parrot pellet food never mind stock it... If anyone can piont me in the right direction of a good web site in the uk.

  16. Hi Everyone, Is it ok the let Storm eat dog biscuits,I give the dog one the other day, which it didnt eat and before i new it storm had scooped it up. Now every time i give the dog a treat she goes mad for one...
  17. Hi, with four young childern in our house the T.V is never off the cartoon channels, and when it is mummy and dady T.V time Storm seems to object more than the kids do already....

  21. Thanks Judygram, I hope your right and she is one of the more friendly and outgoing birds.. I was all prepared for this finger munchin unfriendly stubern bird for a few months. But she has been amazing even with my four year old...

Hi, We have had Storm our 14wk CAG for about a week now, So far she has been very well behaived, she will perch on any one who offers her a finger, and is already flying to me and my oldest son whos nine when we call her( well 8 outa ten times). She will also let us scrach her anywhere but her tail and wings. I was wondering if this is normal behaiver for this age of bird, and do they get more aggesive as they get older, Because when i was reading up on african greys on the web before we desided to bring one into the family it was saying they are mostly one person birds and it would take a lot of time and love for her to trust us..P.s any tips on anything about pet greys would be nice,,,, Many thank
