Hi Laurie, Storm is close to the age of your Kalus, When i go out in the car she would fly to the window ledge and runs up and down tapping the glass with her beek, She would do the same when the kids are playing in the garden....

Hi everyone, We have the Feather tether, Didn't get no dvd with it just a few drawings on the box explaining how to put it on, We have had good success in putting it on, But once its on she just wont stop trying to get it off. I have tried everything to distract her, Scratching, talking to her, Offering her favorite treat which she will take but just drop.. I have had it on her four times now, I've been leaving it on for about an hour at a time hoping she will get used to it soon... If only they could just understand that with there harnesses on they will have the chance to explore a whole new world outside in the fresh air....

I have two tattoos one on my arm, which my younger bother desingned, a sort of celtic trible thing,Pain wasn't to bad. And my wifes name on my back which hurt like hell:pinch:... I Bought my first book on grey's :woohoo: Couldn't get any out of the library because all the books on parrots had been checked out and never brought back:angry: , They only had books on pigeons and finches, Anyway bought 2 books 2day, and to be honest they are the only two i could find in the shops.. Gona order some online later,, Keeping the books you guys recommended in mind.....

I just want to say thanks for telling us about all the wonderful differnt places in the world we all come from... I have added a few to my places to visit b4 i go to the Big GreyForum in the sky......

I to have a very busy house Talon, And like CeasarsDad and Danmcq, We encourage anyone who we feel is confident around storm to ask her to step-up. Most times she will no probs but she has the odd moment when she makes a fuss... As yet no chewing on any strangers fingers:)

:laugh: I Have the advantage of living in a City that you could walk from one end to the other in less than an hour. So there's no 2 hours of sitting in traffic on my way to work...9,000,000 people in one city we don't even have that population in the whole country.... Texas is probably my favorite U.S State, never been but always wanted to live on a ranch... Tricky living in a place like that would do my head in, I hate gossip and all the negativity that goes with it.....

Hello everyone, I'm just siting here wondering What it's like living in all the different parts of the world the rest of you members are from,:silly: Well i live in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Its a wonderful wee country with lots of green fields, Woodlands, Mountains,Seaside towns, Farming and Fishing Villages{Nature-0002009D}. You could Drive the whole coastline in one day and Still have time for a round of golf.. Were i live in Belfast a short 15min walk will take me to the Beach not much of a beach granted, but nice for walking the dogB) , 15mins the opisit direction and you have the Cave Hill, It wot it says on the tin a Big hill with caves in it:P this is good for both the dog and the kidz, Lots of trees and small streams, when its not raining we love to walk to the top on sundy mornings..And my wifes favourit 10min bus trip or 5min in the car takes us to the Center of the City for her retail theropy. and with 4 childern she say's she needs a lot..:laugh: I would love to hear about your Home Towns, Citys Village. {Communicate-000200D5}

Hi Nikkitrev, I to am new to both this forum and to looking after an African Grey. Like u i have spent a lot of money on new toys, But she refuses to play with them..I have been taking the other members here advice and playing with to toys myself just to let her see wot to do with them.. Also the bottle caps and dvd covers She loves them BECKY.

GOOD JOB CD. Very well put togeter. It's a pitty more of our members did'nt post pics of themselfs......Seen myself in there.. was'nt expecting that only been here two weeks.....
