A native San Franciscan, I've lived in N. California, Seattle, WA., Michigan, and until recently, Idaho. I recently re-located to the Pacific NW, this time, on landing in the Columbia Gorge, region. I have 3 grown children, who due to their busy careers, are scattered about the US. and living much too-far-away, for my own comfort! Four of five grandchildren are also adults, working their way through college. The youngest is still in High School. I currently reside with a rowdy and rambunctious 1 year old Great Dane, "Carter", and my BEAUTIFUL (and BRILLIANT!) 1 year old CAG, "Bindi". I am older-than-dirt, and thus getting "creaky" in my bones. I find the condition exceedingly frustrating, and I fear, I may be getting cantankerous and cranky, because of it. Animals need not fear, but humans should approach at their OWN risk!
