I had a scare today, when I came back from town I found Bekkie hanging by her feet from a rope I used to tie her playing balls with on the playstand. She somehow got tangled in the rope and could have hurt herself very badly. I immediately removed the ropes after I took her off, and she is ok now. I attached a photo of the rope on the playstand to show you all not to make the same mstake as I did.It can be fatal for the bird.
Bekkie just made noises like a duck when he sees me coming into the room, actualy it can get irritating after a while to other people but since I love her so much, the noise doesn't bother me;)
Well after she was initially scared of it, Bekkie has adopted a smal teddy bear, first she removed his eyes, but now she loves it and plays with it, her favourite sleeping place is on top of the teddy, there is a photo on the photo album of her sitting on top of it sleeping:lol:
That is very good advice from Talon, do that and I think you will be happy at the end when you make your choice, you must remember once you got your grey, it's for life because chances are good he will outlive you B)
I don't know what you must do, but I just want to say that my grey did hish and growl to me the first couple of days, but thereafter she accepted me and haven't done it since, she only does it sometimes to people she doesn't know:lol:
