  2. Yeah, Sydney's feathers were a dull lifeless mess when we rescued him. Probably hadn't felt water on his feathers for at least 8 years, if not longer. The first thing we did besides feed him a good meal was to completely mist him down. I think I missed what's up with Huey's feet. Does he pick at them?

  3. Yes, they fatten up quick with the right care. Our Huey wasn't skin and bones but he was covered in a fine powder dander and was eating froot loops for breakfast. He's the picture of spoiled rotten health now! His feet are still a mess but not sure that will ever heal.

  4. Thank you! Sydney has come a long way since we rescued him. Just look at this 'before' picture taken immediately after we rescued him. Was all skin and bones.
