A grey this young shouldnt be plucking, to avoid plucking provide your grey with plenty of toys to play with & human interaction.Greys pluck for many reasons, poor diet, boredom, left alone for very long periods, change in circumstances . Greys preen alot so dont be worried about that, if it was plucking you would see large feathers that it had pulled out & bald patches.Small downy feathers are normal. If it's only her second day with you she is still settling in .Give her time to familiarize herself wiht a her new environment, she will soon vocalize when she is feeling content.
