Joshua is mad. Mad, I Tell you!

All right, here's one for the bird psychologists among us.

Late last night, Joshua suddenly started madly flapping ONE wing (he was sitting on top of the cage, holding onto the bars with his feet).

My immediate reaction was horror, "There's something wrong with his other wing". But, nooooo.

As soon as he realised he had got my attention, he changed wings and started flapping wildly with the other. He seemed to be having a lot of fun with this new thing, I've certainly never seen him do it before.

I hope he does it on a flat surface tonight so I can see if he spins clockwise or counterclockwise.

Birds do strange things sometimes upon realizing something new. And usually it's an effort to win your attention, and it sounds like it certainly worked!:laugh:

Lidia, 18 is not old for a grey and I don't think they are ever too old to learn new things. But if you can get that on video we will all line up to view it, I'm sure, very funny, very funny indeed.:laugh:
