Acceptable cereal?

I was told by the breeder that Grey's can eat the original Cheerios, which I have been giving my Grey, but I was wondering what other kind of cereal can they eat? I eat just about every kind of cereal, and I would love to share some with my Grey. I know for sure to not share my sugared cereal.

 

Can they eat Chex cereal? If so, both the rice and corn Chex?

I think the Chex cereal would be ok. Like you said just make sure you don't give him the cereal with lots of sugar in it. My grey likes Golden grams but I don't give him too much of that because I know it has sugars.

 

Why don't you introduce yourself in the Welcome and Introduction room and tell us more about you and your grey. His name, age, Congo or Timneh, how you got him and why? lol We love to hear about new grey owners.

I feed my grey and conure the shredded wheat, the original small bites, it has no added sugar or salt, in fact it is nothing but the wheat, even if they don't eat much of it it's fun to shred.

I only feed shredded wheat bitesize.It only has wheat as the ingrediant so I know its safe and they do enjoy it.
