I tried this last night, but only succeeded in confusing Joshua as he already does something with his right foot. Over time, and I'm not sure why, we've developed a thing where if I hold his right foot in my hand and look at him, he nods at me. So giving him a high five just makes him nod!

 

Also, when he gets his morning toast, I ask him, "Is that good?" and he nods, and I can't even remember how this developed!
