rayyan
hi everyone, i had 2 greys george and maddie, maddie sadly died and george has now gone to live with my mum, he is very happy there and gets his space and atention as he needs, (my home was to busy for him!) and i can see him when i want etc. anyway i decided to get a baby but not right away so i went to the breeder today and put a deposit down for a baby boy, he will be ready in june, i am stuck now thinking of a special name for him i want something that he could learn to say, if you have any ideas (cuz i dont!) let me know please! casper
What I did with all my babies, was to choose a few different names and wait till the baby is home to learn their personality and see if the name suited them or not. Will your baby be dna'd or will you be chosing a neutral name to suit male/female? Check out different websites for parrot names, they will give you some good ideas, also look through some baby name websites. Good luck and let us all know when you find a few that you like:)

rayyan
yes ur right they r very beautiful names, very unique. i wand something a bit different, how long have u been wating for ur babies? r u worried about them traveling? i am in the UK and we r hoping to maybe relocate to USA i know i could take my baby and he'd have to go thru quaranteen etc but im very worried about how the flight might stress him out. what do u think? CarolandFamily
I'm not worried about them flying because they are going to be together it's probably a 8-10 ht flight. 'm more worried if I can keep up with my breeder they are living in a mansion lol. She is taking such wonderful care of my babies!
rayyan
thats good to know, u said u changed ur breeder? is this the new breeder? how long have u been waiting for ur babies? did u visit ur breeder first?
CarolandFamily
I have never visited my breeder because she is on the other side of the United states I have a hread on my sig that says" I have changed my mind about our breeder" It's a awesome thread and will tell you alot about a misleading breeder an how I foun my new breeder now. I will prbably get my babies either the end of this month or early june.
rayyan
im supposed to get my little boy around 10th june, looking forward to it so much this month will go so slow i bet, i went to visit my breeder, and got to play with the babies, they were so sweet and cuddly! here the prices for the babies varies so much, there r breeders around me but one i have been to see has so mmany all together in a pet shop environment and was charging £750 per baby, the one i have gone with is a bit further but they are way more reasonable and i prefer their home raised environment! so howcome u decided on 2? do u have any other birds? CarolandFamily
Oh ok I don't know how much tha costs in Ameican dollars lol. I have had birds before and when we got our baby boy his sister was up for sale the person who was suppose to get her did not so there she was. I asked everyone on here if I should get two would it be better for our lil boy Ahjari? and even our breeder said two would be great because they would keep each other company as well, BUT she never forced us to get her and now were having twins. When was your baby hatched? Our lil boy Ahjari was hatched Feb 28th and our Lil girl "Mani" was March 1st a day apart lol. They are from the same clutch so that was a rare chance and we took it
