Indy aka Chew McChew and his playstand

Working on my playstand...have some questions...I used a mixture of vet wrap and rope to cover the PVC. The vet wrap works great- but Indy seems to want to eat it. Which can't be good, right? The rope- takes forever and ever to wrap tight and knot and even though I wrapped it as tight as I could- parts of it still move a little when he moves around. He also naturally wants to eat the rope- one snap of his beak and portions could unravel. Any suggestions?

Wow some playstand. I'm not creative so I would be no help with ideas. I just wanted to say, I like it!!!

great stand, on my last stand I made Zzero for the bedroom I used a thicker grade sisal after you wrapp it on go back and twist I then finiahed the ends with vet wrapp and so far so good, he hasnt spent more then 2 hours on it so far though so... Like I said in my mail to you I am pretty sure the wrapp is safe, its made for all types of animals that may chew so I THINK we are ok ,if anyone knows anything different please let us know.
