Thanks everyone! Yep,no offense to anyone but she is the most beautiful Tag ever, ever in the whole wild world, the smartest too! :P

Yes Judy, I DID IT! Are you so proud, lol. That day, I was just not into the whole thing!

Yes, we are blessed and have just under two acres, and 20+ ft. ceilings with huge windows everywhere, I do believe it was meant to be a bird house!

Thanks again for the nice comments and for looking. :)

Well...funny you should say that.....We originally were looking at an SI Male Eclectus as a choice but couldn't find one, TAG was our other top choice and we were able to find Mesa. Then a few days ago, I stumble upon an ad for a 5 year old SI Male! A GREAT deal. We are a little leary of a re-homed bird (long story) but I am going to talk with the lady tonight... so maybe! I am trying not to get too excited but I am! Now, I have to try and learn about introductions. Although, I would have to join another board! Thanks again Judy!<br><br>Post edited by: MrsB, at: 2009/04/16 01:30

You wouldn't have to join another board just for eclectus parrots, we have some members here who have eclectus and would be able to help you with it. Erika, aka Baxtersmom, has a rehomed eclectus and she could probably give you some pointers. Yes I know rehomed birds do come with some baggage but if you have the time and patience to work around that then they could make excellent pets and companions. In any case let us know what you are going to do and if the house gets more than just the grey.

Mesa is beautiful, no doubt about it! As far as the eclectus goes, what I always think is if it was meant to be then it will be. Perhaps the lady just hasn't gotten a chance to contact you back yet? Fate has a way of taking care of these things I really believe, so if this bird wasn't meant to be yours then another one will come along in time. Thanks for sharing the pics of your lovely TAG!
