Viki3209
I just acquired two african greys. My husband got them for me for my birthday for a song and a dance because the people who had them just couldnt deal with them any more. They had just kinda had them in the basement and didnt really interact with them except to feed and water them. They where an older couple, anyway we got them now and even though they are not agressive they dont want to have anything to do with us. They are a breeding pair and have been together forever. I guess im curious to know if there is anything that we can do to get them to want to spend more time with us. I really dont want to split them up! I am afraid that it would make them very sad. Would it just be better to stimulate them with out a hands on method and maybe at a later time try and work with one of there babies or is there things that we can do to help them to be more comfortable with us. I want to do what is going to be right for them!!!
