Pchela
After much waiting on my part, Willow has finally decided to talk! Today she has said, "What are you doing Pippin?" and "Good girl" very clearly! I'm so excited! This is the beginning right? How long till I'm wishing she'd shut up? (Pippin is my Senegal)
Dave007
You gotta long way to go. Probably when you're a real old lady with crutches, no teeth, sitting on the porch knitting and telling your great great great grand children what it was like during the old time digital days
Tycos_mom
It won't be long now and you'll be looking for the shut off button. once they start its a new word or phrase daily. have fun with you baby.
Pchela
Oh we're having fun! Now I'm trying to think of things I want to teach her to say! Of course I know that she won't say anything that I want her to. She'll probably pick up all of the bad stuff my husband yells when he's playing video games instead. I was totally prepared for her to not talk because I know not all of them do and it's not a good reason to get a bird, but I am pleased that she is talking! Is that wrong? danmcq
Congratulations Pchela!! I can see you beaming with excitement. :-) You will be surprised at how fast the pick things up, especially if you associate you words with items or actions. They will easily link them and understand the meaning.
