LaceyGrey
My little Lacey loves to shred miniature straw hats that are made for dolls. She's also fond of paper coin rolls. I like to hide them around her cage so she's surprised and happy to have found one.
chimaysmommy
Chimay loves loves loves wicker...my mom bought him an unfinished wicker basket with a toy hanging from the handle so that he can sit by the window. Our apartment just doesn't have the space for a seperate playstand, so the basket is like a cheap portable one. Apparantly it's also very fun and easy to destroy! Lol! He's stripped all of the little wicker pieces from the handle and is now moving on to the basket itself. We've tried to buy little wicker-like foot toys for him to see if we can make the basket last a little longer but none are as much fun as tearing up grandma's basket! SchroedersJen
Schroeder chews up between 10 and 15 chinese finger traps a day. Every time he picks one up he acts surprised and excited....like he has never seen one before. It takes him about 15 seconds to greet and dismantle one. A close second favorite is our other parrot, a senegal named Buddy. Needless to say, he does not get Buddy 10-15 times a day, and in Schroeder's defense....Buddy always starts their skirmishes. TinyTimneh
Hmm... all of my three are different. I would have to say for my old world parrots its anything that's cardboard or paper/tissue oriented... My lone new world bird loooves plants lol, which (in theory ), are not shreddables. All three seem to like any kind of fabric in strips tho (like my curtains grrr).
