Guest Ypsilon
I've got two double sliding glass doors in my living room (i.e. four doors total). I've been thinking about taking out one of them (one of the sets, i.e. two doors) and building a small room behind it instead for the African Grey. Sort of like a mini aviary, but just for one bird. Any suggestions on this I should keep in mind, or suggested sites that may have something to say on the topic?
Guest Ypsilon
Damn, I knew this would happen if I deleted my scorefile. Let me try this again....
Guest jayrich
They don't hurt each other. So you are just plain wrong.
Guest jayrich
I've got an aviary joined onto the back of my house - built it up against the back wall, so the bedroom window and the back door (in the kitchen) open into it. Put a door on the aviary itself into the rest of the garden. The birds (macaw, 2 amazons, 2 greys, 3 conures) love it (although I no longer let the conures out cause they squawk all day and the neighbours complain). Let me know if you have any questions.
