djzenjen Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 I had to post this as I'm super excited! Mischief's photo was posted in the April addition of Bird Talk magazine! I jumped up and ran around showing her off to everyone I could. Mommy is so proud. :kiss:
judygram Posted February 20, 2009 Posted February 20, 2009 I saw that in the magazine and wondered if it could be "our" Mischief and it is, congrats on getting her "published" WOW we have a celebrity, but you are not the first, we have had several other member's birds appear in the magazine. You should be very proud.

When I saw the grey and read the caption I wondered if that Mischief was from the forum!!!! How exciting, congratulations to you and to the photogenic Mischief!!! Such true star quality!!!

MazyAK Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Since we run a winter lodge for skiiers, mostly film crews, Mazy the grey, and Avi (short for avalanche) the cockatoo have been in 3 winter movies and two magazines. Nice to have rock stars in the house.

Either way, all you do is send in your photo with a caption. they also post more bonus photos on the website. BirdChannel.com I think it is? Exciting! :silly:
