Guest Monique
Hi beccy. I've never heard advice against strawberries and my Grey gets them in a frozen fruit mix I buy. However, none of my birds seem to like the strawberries in the mix so I'm not sure if they've actually ever eaten them or not.

judygram
Strawberries are an ok food for greys but mine won't eat them. I have offered them numerous times but I don't buy them that often so she has yet to eat one.
Caspersmum
Hey Beccy, To quote some of my more sensible lecturers - the only stupid question is the one you don't ask. I think it's always better to be safe than sorry, so ask away! Julia
dblhelix
Agreed, never a silly question. Mine eats strawberries from time to time. I always eat some myself then offer to her and she will pretty much go for (or at least try) anything that I am eating... Yesterday she had her first blackberry. Boy did she make a mess with that!
judygram
You should have taken a picture of that and posted it for all to see, that would be funny indeed. {Feel-good-0002006E}

Talon
Talon loves strawberries, either that or she loves the mess she makes while attempting to eat one! :silly:
