I found a pack of sweet potato sticks at the local grocery store which would be mighty convenient. The look like the carrot sticks they already eat. I have always cooked the sweet potatoes for my grey as that is how I eat them but if they will eat them raw then why not, might be a change. Taken from another post in the bird food room: ""Sweet potato - Raw or slightly microwaved (45-60 seconds per sweet potato).
