White Downy Feathers

My CAG shed white downy feathers... not sure when and why it shed this feathers... Is it plucking its feathers?

Hi. This is normal for them to shed some white downy feathers. If you see a large increase over time yes he could be plucking. Birds molt in new feathers and down over time and to shed them is natural (just as we shed a little bit of hair). Not all birds have this fluffy white down like our Greys.
