jasperk
i was just going in to the local feed shop when i saw her she looked so sad so helpless she is a yellow crested (?) conure. the previaouse owner that she had been with her whole life had died so she had been rehomed to another woman who had to many other animals to take care of that she didnt give her enough attntion so she sarted picking out her feathers but now she is going to be rehomed. and i Want her. so when they are ready to rehome her she will come home with me into the new cage we got for her in the "bird room" formerly my bed room. judygram
Thats great Tiffany that you want to give this little conure a home and it will be a good one too, be sure to share a pic with us after you get it home.
judygram
Tiffany, I don't know about the yellow crested but I have a sun conure and she loves nothing better than to spend all of her out of cage time on my shoulder. She will ride there while I move around the house but she also wants to get into anything I am doing. She is a clown too in some of the antics she does but she is so sweet and can be cuddly most of the time. She can be downright feisty too if she gets a hold of something and you try to take it away from her but all in all she is a good little bird to have. judygram
Sorry to hear someone else got the conure but there are lots of birds out there needing good homes and I am sure you will find one if you are wanting another bird, when one door closes another one opens, just keep the faith.
