judygram
Its possible xxbeccyxx, but what else is going on. Is he eating and drinking normal? Is he fluffed up and on the bottom of the cage, then something could be wrong. I would keep an eye on him and if you have a vet you could call and talk with him/her it might clear things up for you. I know you are worried and I would be too. Let us know what you find out and how he is later. It may just be he is feeling dejected because you are not paying him the attention he usually gets. CeasarsDad
Beccy Do you have a scale? If not you need to get one ASAP.. Weight loss is the first sign of serious problems.. Without having those daily weight numbers you have little to go on.. We certainly have less.. Birds, all birds are masters at hiding illnesses but they can't hide weight loss.. Most likely Brian is fine.. but for the future GET A SCALE.. Go on ebay and buy a gram postal scale.. I paid $19 for mine.. Keep us posted

judygram
Yes thats true and also at the same time he is getting all his flight feathers and does some flying and that causes some weight loss. When you get a scale, weigh him the same time every day, it works best in the mornings after the first bomb of the day and before he eats.
