The areas where he is losing the most feathers are his neck and on his back between his wings. I took some pictures of some of the feathers as well. Let me know what you think! zooman Posted December 26, 2008 Share Posted December 26, 2008 He most likely is molting but keep an eye on him as those areas are prone for plucking. This is the time of year for molting my grey is as well but i have yet to see him look like hes molting other than feathers on the ground and when i pet him i see visible pin feathers. Poppy Posted December 26, 2008 Share Posted December 26, 2008 I really panicked a month or so ago cause my grey George did exactly this .Fortunately it was not and all his feathers have now regrown.But I know how scary this can be especially has I inly had George a month or so .
