why a parrot would scratch the same spot you stroke him at because my CAG does that every time i stroke/ scratch his head and he been like that since ive had him could there be something up? or?

He looks like a happy healthy grey to me. It may be because it just makes him a little itchy when you pet him, like a tickle?

That's because you're moving the follicles around and he's scratching them back into place. Then he immediately wants you to start all over again until he's ready to scratch them into place. Over and over and over again.
