Help again!!!!!!

This morning my 5 month old Grey passed a poop that was yellowy in color, more watery than usual & had small bubbles floating on top like little oil bubbles. I have never seen anything like this. She is eating well & otherwise seems fine, does anyone have any idea what this might mean?

Post edited by: Nikki, at: 2008/12/08 14:14

Hi Nikki,

Sorry to ask poop questions but was this first thing on a morning? If so the first poop is always the biggest and can be watery.

How many times has it happened?

Yes this was first thing in the morning. The next one looked more solid & green, have no idea why first was yellow, watery & bubbly...looked very odd.

This can happen with the morning poop, it all depends on the foods they ate the day before and the amount of fluid they had.

The morning poop is always the biggest as they have held on to it all night.

I would monitor the poops today and see if they go back to normal as long as your grey is well, active eating etc and the poops are normal again I think everything should be ok.

I hate the morning poop. Rexxy nows holds it until I take him out of cage and my leg is under him. I am tying to teach him to go over the garbage can now. That morning stuff if way worst to get out of your colthes.

Well it doesn't take these intelligent and tasteful Greys long to figure out they don't want that "Crap" in "Their" home. :-)
