Can someone pls help me out? My bird just fell off the top of the cage and chipped her beak. She bled a little bit but then it stopped. She is acting normal but does not seem to want any food. I even tried to give her a treat but she would not eat it. What should I do????? Tks

She should probably be seen by your avian vet just to make sure she is fine but if the bleeding stopped then that is a good sign. Her beak is sensitive and if she chipped off a bit then it might be bothering her a little and so she refused food, keep an eye on her but give your vet a call to at least allay your fears.

Judy has given you good advice. Keep an eye on her, its a good sign that she acting normal. Try giving soft food like oatmeal and see if she OK with that.Hope it works out

just to add if you get a Beak that bleeds and wont stop dip it in some flour
