My New Baby Rossi - Jardines Parrot

Hi Everyone

 

Brought my new baby home today, Rossi, he is a male Jardines Parrot.

 

I'm completely smitten!

 

 

He is sleeping peacefully in his cage.

 

I was amazed at how calm he is, not nervous about the new cage just climbed straight in and started chewing toys :-D

He is beautiful and looks like a real sweetheart, the colors are iridescent looking, very becoming, thanks for sharing him with us.

He's just beautiful I love the black tips on their feathers it almsost looks like black pearl like a pearl Cockateil. Just gorgous thanks for sharing.

Thanks everyone :-) He is such a darling and a bit of a clown already even though he is still such a baby. I have the next two days of work (parrot maternity leave :whistle: ) so i will be spending loads of time with him getting him adjusted.

what a lucky bird his mom actually took time off work so

She could help him adjust to his new home. He looks so happy to be there already playing with his toys he going to be a wonderful new companion enjoy your next couple days with him he looks like he's happy already just glad to be in his new home with his new mom
