My Congo male's name is Mr. Beaque. He is 10 yrs. old. I bought him for my fathers birthday in 2000. My father had him for the last eight yrs. and I thought he loved him a lot. Recently my dad took off to Florida without warning and left him with me. He is very familiar with me and likes me sometimes. Other times he bites for no reason and does things to deliberately bother me.

It's good that Mr Beaque can be with you if he is already familiar with you, it has to be stressful for him to have your father up and leave, but hopefully you can help him through this stressful time.
