After George is very well adapted to things here and we introduce him to riding in a car. Would you guys give me your input on George going on the truck. He has very nice truck and cumfy. Tycos_mom Posted November 12, 2008 Share Posted November 12, 2008 Birds can adapt to loveing going for rides I know a Truck driver that takes his bird on the road with him and has done for 10 years He has a Macaw. and that bird goes everywhere with him he calls him his co pilot. As long as George doesn't get car sick and enjoys going for car rides I don't think there should be a problem you would just have to watch for drafts and over heating other than that he would be fine.
