I found a few images I wanted to share with you. Two are of Macaws but the last one of kinda special and it shows the effect of candid photography. check em out. The shot below could be something I sell. The reason it works is because it is a total candid. The man in this photo is doing his everyday thing while not paying any attention to the camera. If you have some Candids you want to share post em... but only candids.. These shots were taken last summer when we were in Cancun Mexico. In fact, if anyone here is interested in going to my villa in Cancun this August PM me for details.. We have to develop your flash skills now.. :=) I like the shots but I doesn't look like you have the bounce thing set just right yet.. Post more examples.. CeasarsDad Posted May 19, 2007 Author Share Posted May 19, 2007 Yes, Melissa. Mom is correct.. You are going very well with this new bounce flash. You need to try to boost the exposure compensation. Try increasing the exposure compensation on the camera by about .5 to 1.0. I am starting to see the look I am expecting. The last photo is close but there are others you posted that are also good.. The one where Talon is upside down looks good to. If you increase the exposure compensation like I suggest you will see a marked improvement.. Try it and post some new photos Regarding the flash mode.. You want to make sure you are in the TTL or Through The Lens mode.. Check it out.
