Young baby african grey

I am new to this forum, I am getting a baby grey on the 2nd november, I have had a parrot before, but never a baby.

I am looking at a 12 week one, and a 7/8 week old, I am interested in the younger ones,I need advice , how often do they need feeding, is it a good idea to get them this young. The 12 week old they have told me has a toe missing, not a problem for me,would it be for the bird. Also they have a 5 month, which would you say have, or let the bird choose, see who I bond with.

Hello and welcome to the forum! It's exciting that you are getting a new grey. My advice to you is to get the 5 month old bird, handfeeding and weaning a baby grey is not recommended for someone without some experience. The 5 month old bird should be weaned and ready to go.
