pnp26 Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Hi everyone, I just called the breeder to reserve my baby. He/She is a hybrid so half Congo and half Timneh and so pretty. Its dark in color with a red tail. I am going there to see him tonight and I am so excited, he is only 13 weeks old. I will post pics when I get some

Lyric Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 Welcome here. All of us are anxious to see a picture, for the longest time I didn't even think you could breed a Timneh with a Congo. It will be interesting to see the result. I hope you enjoy your new baby when it gets to come home.

judygram Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Its a nice looking grey, sort of a Tag with a black beak, interesting looking but very pretty, thanks for sharing these pics with us:)
casper Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Absolutely beautiful! What great pictures as well! When do you bring him home?
she Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Lovely, looks like a small cag.Are tags born with a bone coloured beak or does this appear as they get older?
Poppy Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 I love the mottled tail feathers ! He/She looks really cute Congratulations
pnp26 Posted October 5, 2008 Author Posted October 5, 2008 Thank you everyone for your comments. Gonzo came home on Thursday this week, he loves to be held and pet. He is dark like the Timneh yet has the red Congo tail which I love. He is small because he is still pretty young I think he will get a little bigger.
Luvparrots Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Very nice pics!!!! Thanks for sharing{Feel-good-00020114}
judygram Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 I doubt he will get any bigger, he is at full size now.
siobha9 Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 He is lovely! Does look just like a small CAG. But adorable nonetheless;)
Abernathy Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Gonzo ia beautiful! The speckled tail feathers are really cool looking B)
