I bought my birds a pomagrante for a treat the other day. They are Tyco very favorite thing to eat. But every time she eats a seed from them it causes her to shake her head which in turn get bright red pomagranre juice everywhere its like she can't help it the fruit makes her do this. I think its the soursweetness of them, Does it do this to anybody elses birds?

It happens to just about 95% to people who's birds eat

pomagranites. It about the messiest fruit to give birds. Have a good spray cleanerr nearby. When it dries, stain is hard to get off. It looks like your wall is starting to bleed. It's a great scene that belongs on the SciFi channel. Only thing missing is the guts and the gore.

Its messy but as long as ou clean it up right away it not hard its after it dries that its a problem I also make sure that I put the dish with the ponagrante on their play top right in the middle so most of the mess stay in their cage area.
