Curry?!

Hi,

Being Indian we make lots of fresh home made vegetarian currys and I'm not talking about the creamy or oily stuff. I know what the safe foods to use and the currys we make are not spicey but are made with spices such as mustard seeds, cumin, tumeric and coriander. The spices are then tempered to release the flavours in a bit of sunflower oil.

Would something like this be safe for Indy? As mentioned in another post my grandparents had a indian ringed necked parrot who liked nothing better than dahl and rice!

Thanks

Nims

To be honest i have never feed my own greys curry, they do have rice.I have searched the net but alot of the advice offered is contradicting, some say some of the above.some say not,the coriander for example on many sites is classed as toxic.Personally being this unsure i wouldnt feed the curry, there are so many alternatives & to be honest curry isn't a necessity in their diet.
