She looks like a real sweetheart from the pictures, it might have been me that requested the pics as I usually do in my welcome post, thanks for sharing them with us. Such an adorable baby, and those dark eyes just make you melt.:)

Thanks everyone!

We're still in the "getting-used-to-eachother-phase" , but she's doing real good.

Even with my daughter. For a parrot she's on the quiet site. Barely makes any sounds. :)

So when is the earliest you heard the first word??

Beautiful photos and Grey, thanks for sharing them. :-)

Some as young as 4 months, most Greys start mumbling and speaking around a year old.

His feathers are such a lovely color..like siobha said they do look more silver then grey ;) His eyes are adorable! I have Kasko is about a year and a half..and still just a whistle or two and then hes back to mute..but its fine! :cheer:

Ponti was mumbling at 5 months, said her first small words at 6 months, and by a year old, she was talking up a storm.

Ponti hatched out in December 2005, and here is a video I took on December 20, 2006, when she was almost exactly a year old (give or take a week or two, I don't know her hatch date)>

Thanks everyone for the compliments on our new girl.

You're right she IS a sweetheart :P

matt I really enjoyed your youtube video.

I can't wait until she starts talking. I'll probably regret saying this, like I kinda did with our daughter (2 years old). She discovered the word "no". So much fun!
