hairpasta
I want a playstand for my girl Megan. What playstands do you have/recommend? Cheap? Thanks
danmcq
Well, depending on the type you are looking for, the price varies greatly. You can build your own out of PVC parts purchased from your local hardware store or you can find several good buys on ebay of all type of playstands. If you want to see some playstands made on this forum out of PVC, there are several topics you can do a search on and find. :-)
lovemyGreys
There is such a choice of stands out there,it really depends on what your looking for, here is just one previous thread on stands/gyms... http://www.greyforums.net/forums/african-grey/58348-playgyms.html#85571
Suzzique
Here are the 3 that I have done for Alex. The base is the same just the top part changes.

Tigerlily
WOW that really is an amazing playstand. Tigerliles getting by with a simple wooden one till i can afford the parrot tower as this seems to be the best option out there at the moment in my humble opinion (i'm no good at making things lol). looking out for a site in the U.S that will post to the UK as the exchange rate is very much in my favor at the moment:lol:
Suzzique
Really it is very easy. Nothing is glued so that it can be pulled apart and redone as you can see. I reuse parts. Most hardwear stores will cut down the pvc pipe for you.
