akagrif
I'm making up a batch of veggie broth for me. It has Carrots/carrot tops, celery, sweet potato, red potato, leeks, onion, garlic, kombu (seaweed), peppercorns, parsley. I'm wondering if after I drain off the broth if I can give the solid cooked veggies. Since my grey isn't joining the family until mid week, can I freeze this and thaw.
